My employer is verbally and mentally and emotionally abusing me and my other co workers...What type of lawyer do i need?

My employer has been yelling(and i do mean yelling)and screaming at all of us for no reason and everything that happens here at work he blames on us...i should say that we are in the hotel business and with the biggest hotel chain in north america.ouremployer is from India and He is about to lose the name...we tellhim not to cut corners and to handle customer complaints ...but he leaves it up to us and then gets mad if it doesn't go like it should and yells and screams and calls us stupid! and idiots...#1 it is not our job to call corprate to resolve problems thats why hes the owner. i know that we are not perfect but that is un called for! he also acts like his crap don't stink and he thinks hes GOD! 1 min.hes ok and in a plit second hes dr jekle and mr hyde!!

Someone who will gladly charge you $ 200.00 an hour to listen to you compain.
You might try being more specific.
