It was just one time and yes, it really really scared me for a day or so.

I woke up my girlfrends house and I was kind of singing in the shower.

This line from a song by the Gorillaz would not get out of my head.

In the song "Clint Eastwood" there is a line where a guy raps "Rythmn, you have or you don't its a fallacy"

For some weird reason I was repeating it in my head and I couldn't stop it. I kept repeating in my head for a few hours and I got a little frightened that it was happening.

I didn't seek professional help and eventually (next day) it wasn't a big deal. As a matter of fact, to remember exactly what song it was I have it playing as I type this.

I have had a dream where there were some graphic images, not violent or bloody but just weird un-natural unpleasant images and they would just pop into my head every once in a while and I kind of have to shake my head about it and it goes away.

We are have the potential to go a bit nutty sometimes....I wouldn't sweat it.

If you start peeing your pants and talk about taking a invisible rocketship to the planet Zog...when I'm sure they make some powerful anti-psychotic drugs to help.

There are varying levels of "Crazy" I knew someone whose significant other would come home and actually take a crap into a pan and sift through it to look for these invisible bugs.

Little minor things, don't sweat it, if you think you're the pope or you have visual hallucinations, chill, get more sleep and see a doctor.

No. I really have, I have bi-polar disorder with psychotic episodes. but my son has panic attacks and ocd. It's common for people with this codition ( from light to seve) to "feel" like they are losing their minds and also excessive worry about losing control. It's like the No. 1 indicator of OCD. so look that condition up and see if it fits you.
Also , when I really did "lose my mind" I wasn't at all thinking I was , but everyone else was. So your ok. People like you are almost over controlled, so be cool, hope I helped.
If its really bad see a psychiatrist - He can tell yo for sure.

Yes, the first time I saw a ghost. I thought I had completely lost it. I was really scared for my sanity, until other people started seeing him too.

yes,
i was university student and i lived a semester alone in room in an ugly dormitory.
That made me lose my mind: I was "hearing voices" and I was afraid that people mock me.
