well sugar ants like to come after any food you leave lying around and fire ants want to eat you alive and some people are allergic to them

Once they get into your house, they can leave a trail for others to follow (scent) and they love sugar. They defecate and can leave nasty messes all over. Some types of ants can also bite. So spray for them. Under rugs in corners and every where you see the little buggers. GOOD LUCK!!!
