i'm crying and really upset right now....someone please help...i need to hear something good right now

i'm just having a meltdown of accumlated feelings all at once and it is completely overwhelming and i don't know what to do with myself except get on P&S and ask for help cause no body in this house understands me or anything i'm feeling cause they over analyze everything and it drives me crazy.....i don't know where to turn
