I'm a GREAT leader... Treat my Marines with respect... and the trust me... they know I'll never ask them to do something I would not do.

I thought I were but recently I was the leader of a group paper I had to do for college and in a difficult situation that had to do with the collaboration of my partners I failed - better I didn't handle it as well as I should - so I guess I'd say there are better ones than me...

Well, kind of. I'm usually complimented by those I'm responsible for as well as those whom I'm responsible to.
I think I'm an excellent teacher and communicator, meticulous and driven. But many people have told me (complained?) that I am relentless.
They usually smile when I say that I have gotten better - I used to be ruthless.
