the log analizer is independed to allow user to eather set live logs (accessiable via FTP) and it will phrase them to grafis and statisitcs for the user or for the user to be able to upload a log file

He wants something that will turn logs into graphs or statistics. Either a running log (by ftp download) or an uploaded log.

Hopefully he means a specific type of log. There are programs like that which work on things like website logs. They will give breakdowns on how many unique visits, or visits by country, or which pages are most popular.

If you are writing this yourself then generally I would recommend SFTP instead of FTP. Look at AWK for the totals and Ghost Script for the graphs (on a linux system)
