Lucy is a pretty short name, and nicknames are usually for longer ones.
Lu-lu is about all I could think of, but it's no shorter than Lucy.

I have a friend called Lucy - I call her Luce (pronounced loose). Lulu is a popular one so is Loo-Boo (more of a petname really). Sometimes I call her Lucy-Lou or Luce-Caboose... Not really short but yeah.
