get in trouble with you
it is so easy to tell someone that "oh you shouldn't do that" but the real friend is the one who is sitting next to you in jail saying "we really screwed up" :)

i mean i definitely don't have any personal experience but i think if i ever wanted to do a crime (which i'm not planning on any time soon) i would like my good friend to be there with me

I'd say get in trouble with you. The friends I've had that keep me from trouble are usually the ones who I dont have much in common with...

maybe Im just a bad person though...

A good friend would keep you out of trouble. A good person would keep you out of danger or trouble.

I say they would keep you out of trouble. But sometimes you do end up in trouble with good friends and you don't even expect it.

Can't answer . but i can guess . Well i think it's both. Because, if you have a friend who keeps you out of trouble then they want you to stay from being grounded. but their are the friends who gets you in trouble. Well they help you tak a risk in your life.

both. a true friend would do anything to make sure you don't get in trouble, and if you do, she will get in trouble with you, but if you really think about it, its pretty selfish of you getting in trouble and getting her in trouble too.

Depends.
If you were fighting for something you believed to be right, but you knew it would probably get you into trouble, then a true friend would be fighting alongside of you.
If you wanted to steal a car or take heroin, then a true friend would do everything they could to prevent it.

a true friend should keep you out of trouble...but they would gladly get into trouble with you....they'd sometimes even accept the blame for things that got messed up with your own doing...
