4 or 5. 2 full meals and 2 or 3 small meals/snacks, helped me lose 50 lbs!!

I eat a lot but I try to eat healthy 60 percent of the time. 6 small meals a day. I tend to eat late at night too, bad habit but I stay up late so I guess that's why,

Coffee [_]? or Expresso drink to start my day..Something for breakfast usually light then my day starts..More [_]? before lunch and then I might if I have time grab a bite to eat maybe a salad..Into the afternoon well you got it [_]? Now it is dinner time I eat dinner to hold me over til morning..So I guess my answer is 2 for sure and sometimes 3. I think I mostly eat Breakfast and Dinner..

I start with a cup of Espresso and cream @ 7 A.M and then eat till i am not hungry. I repeat the eating thing till I go to bed. I know this is strange to most, it works great for me though. 6'2 190 lbs.

I eat a real meal at dinner with my family, but the rest of the day, I'm a "grazer", I nibble bits of whatever is on hand.

About once or twice. I have a real slow motabolism & need to do that whole 6 small mean a day thing.
Im too lazy to fix myself something, so i eat when its there.
