my real name is Rachael and my dad nicknamed me cheech
cuz of the ch in my name it just stuck
and he since passed away so i put that name there in honor of my Dad

I've been using pretty much the same nick/handle/whatever it's called these days for a bit over 15 years. I got it in college because I needed a nick for a BBS system and couldn't come up with one. My roommate walked into the dorm at like 3AM while I was hacking out some code. I had all the lights off, door closed, and window open and it was cold. He said "Man, it's like a crypt in here."

Well, I really didn't pick it myself...if I were to change it, however, I'd change it to Blue Hope or something like that...maybe. I'd change my Avatar name, but not only do I not know how to, I don't know exactly what I would change it to. For now, I'll stick with what I was given.

lol this topic cracks me up! ok: my best friend -who is now a little closer than best friend- and i are like completely the same! like we always say things at the same time and stuff, so we were like i think god got lazy and just made two of the same person only one is a guy and one is a girl, then we decided that he made on of us and said "WOW! that ones awesome i'm gonna make another just like it only make it a girl" so then we said that i'm the guy version on her and shes the girl version of me, but we didn't want to say the whole thing every time so we shortened it, and it toally stuck! Your Uncle Dodge is my karaoke handle.
An underage drinker was using my singing (and his fake ID) to try and be cool enough to snag an older girl out of a bar. Unfortunately, the security guys figured out he was under age, and he tried to say I was his uncle as they carted his sorry posterior off.
You never know what can make a good story until it happens....

when I was younger I had an asian friend and we were the best of friends until she moved to california and I still live in florida...but anyways she always called me Chezaria for some reason but since that was her special nickname 4 me i didn't mind...now 9 years later to honor her memory I'm using my old nickname except i shortented it
