That's hard to say, there were so many great ones, but my faves are Miracleman, followed by Watchmen and Swamp Thing, then V for Vendetta. My taste runs to traditional super heroes, so....

He has many amazing works, but I say From Hell is his tour-de-force. It's one of the finest stories in any medium that I have ever come across.
