You must first know what county they lived in in Missouri. In some counties, such as Jackson County, Missouri [Kansas City] this information may be available on the internet. http://www.16thcircuit.org/Depts/PRB/prb_inquiry.asp?dept=prb

You can search Clark County on the internet here: http://www.epodunk.com/cgi-bin/record-search-court-land.php?locIndex=20188

Many counties do not have probate information on the internet. A good starting pount would be this website to get a link: http://www.epodunk.com/counties/mo_county.html

If their will has been probated, you should be able to contact the Probate Court in the county they resided in when they died and obtain a copy of the will. Once it is probated, it is public knowledge.

Further, if you are an heir who is entitled to anything, you should have received a copy of the will when the estate was opened and served with notice of the probate of the will and notice of who would be administering the estate.

Jump online, type in "xxxxx County Probate Court, Missouri", and you should find a link to their website. Then just give them a call and find out how you can get a copy of the will sent to you.

In the alternative, you could find out who the attorney for the estate is and they may be willing to mail you a copy.

Good Luck!!
