The only thing that allows that is you.

As a paying Student you have Paid for the right to be there and you have the right to say what you want. freedom of speech.
The reason that is done is because we as a people allow those kinds of people to get away with it, with out us standing up for our rights.

This is the same method that the Government and local authorities get away with taking our rights away every day.

I will get off my soap box now before it gets too out of hand.

I've spent many years in college and have never once seen that happen. Yes, I have heard views I don't agree with but that's part of what going to college is all about. I think people who complain about things like that really don't belong in college because it's clear they are not attending for reasons like higher learning and critical thinking but only looking to get a diploma and a job. Go to a business or technical school instead.
