Strong Man, Tornado Man and Rope Man are all obvious. And I just found a video of Diaper Man swinging his bottle around by the nipple and whipping it at people, but, it didn't show much of Cuckoo Man's talent. What did he do?

Although Cuckoo Man is timid, he CAN fly, and he is the brains of the group (a play on cuckoo = insane). So his power would be that he is the tactical leader and strategic planner.
Diaper Man would also use his bottle to squirt stuff at people. If he hit them in the eyes, they were temporarily blinded, etc.

He had very weak powers compared to everybody else. He could fly but in order to do so he had to constantly flap his arms to stay aloft.
