hehehe. good question budd!! my guess it says that they are bald. i mean, why wouldn't it? lol what if a man has some hairs but they are grey and he is mostly bald.... then wouldnt that be rude to say bald? even if the majority of his hair is gone? i wonder what they put then....

They go by natural hair color which can be verified by eyebrows, arm hair and other body hair including pubic hair.
