because he is insecure. and probably really needs to be hugged. but he would be too insecure to accept a hug so he becomes a bully to make him feel less weak.
he is angry at his mother for not loving him . is too afraid to confront his mother and is taking it out on the other woman he has a relationship with. very sad situation. he is just a confused and frustrated little boy

Psychopath men do this.
Psychopaths are promiscuous, deceitful, deceptive, cunning, conniving, selfish, reckless, irresponsible, aggressive, violent, abusive, destructive, dangerous and pure evil. They are also charming, likable, glib with words, make a great impression on people especially employers and any other people with power.
They only care about themselves, have no remorse, guilt, and shame over the destructive evil they had caused other people. They also blame other people, especially their victims for their own bad luck, justifying their destructive evil deeds against them.
If they don't get their ways through charm, glib, and their false sincerity, then they use cunning, deception, deceit, and more glib to get what they want. If that doesn't work , they use intimidation through more deception, deceit, then aggression, and violence.
They have no conscience and super ego.
They are also anti social which is why they don't want their girlfriends, fiancees, and wives to have any friends and contact with their families, jobs, and education.
Plus, if these women did have a those wonderful gifts in their lives then they would be confident with high self esteem which of course would make them see they are too good for these ne'er do wells, and deserve much better.
If every single woman in the world had confidence, high self esteem, then these ne'er do wells maggots wouldn't be getting any chicks.

Low self-esteem for himself may cause him to feel that if he keeps her "in her place" then she'll stay and make her believe know one else will want her.
Also because of this in his childhood could be a thing passed from generation to generation.
This cycle needs to be stopped.
It is ABUSE and no one should have to suffer through it. It only gets worse the longer you put up with it.
Even if it's just words it is Verbal abuse if it makes you feel bad or hurt inside.
You should not let it stand the first time so that it wont happen again and if it does then you leave them for good. They are what they are and don't change. They don't love you. Don't believe that lie. An d they're not sorry either and yes they will do it again when they say they won't. Get out now.

A "man" constantly bullying a woman is clearly not a man

I have found that people who usually bully other people whether they be man or woman usually have no control over any other aspect of their life so they feel frustrated and try to take it out on someone who won't bully back.
Of course if you do push back, just make sure you aren't in worse trouble then before.

He feels insecure and bullying makes him feel strong and in control. Probably the most common cause cited is that the man was raised that way, seeing his father bully women, or seeing men bully is mother.

If somebody is unquestionably a bully, it relatively is of their nature to realize this...and that they seek for weak point in others to exploit. in the event that they do no longer seem to be noted as on it, and allowed to proceed, it is going to grow to be a life-form for them. i'm particular there are all forms of pseudo psychologists here who will supply a lot of motives for why people bully - going decrease back to their adolescence and socialization. yet like numerous different behaviors, I carry adults responsible for their strikes. affirming that they act a definite way through fact of their adolescence does not fly with me. particular, there are extreme behaviors that would be the exception to this, yet frequently, everyone who can use the excuse of adolescence is obviously thinking adequate that they could desire to be attentive to greater advantageous. A simplistic concepts-set? Yep. yet i think of that we over examine too a lot in our society, and slap labels on too many stuff, legitimizing and allowing the habit.

well to begin with he's not much of a man,to scared to try to bully a man.i have no respect for a man like that.i was raised to respect and be kind to all females,i could never bully a female,I'm one that opens doors, holds her hand, lets her know she is special.and that goes a long way with ladies.they like that kind of stuff.and when my baby is happy, every body is happy.a woman does not have to put up with a man that is a bully.there's someone out there that will treat her the way she should be treated.

Because it gives him a sense of power-he has low self esteem and bullying is the only way he can feel superior. You might want to call it bullying but it's not-call it what it really is ABUSE and it should not be tolerated.
