Sometimes....usually if I just bottle stuff up for awhile, then when I cry it is like a bunch of sh*t built up over a month or something...So yes.....its all right to cry, let it out!!!!

I am sure it isn't for no reason. Just might not be because of something right then. It probably has something to do with repressed feelings.
