Being hurt by someone I love, seeing anyone sad or hurting!!

My husband is away right now. He has to commute from Alabama to Phoenix until he can get us a place to live there (we are moving). We only get to see him on the weekends now. I miss him terribly, but it really makes my heart hurt to see my little girls cry when he leaves.

When something bad/sad happens,when my loved ones are hurting and theres nothing I can do to help them,when people I love abuse it(my heart),when I am disappointed in myself or others are disappointed in me,when I don't live up to expectations (mine and others),people suffering.
