Actually puberty will body build for you. The best thing you can do is to eat really well.

(I don't mean a lot.. I mean eat a healthy well balanced diet of food high in protein but also with "good fats" such as nuts and avacado and carbs in small doses)

As for exercise... you should do pushups sit ups and chin ups, as well as ride your bike .. do this exercise for at least an hour a day.. and your body will reward you by becoming more muscular.. You will notice the impact of this especially duting puberty ... that is when your body is producing more testosterone... which will really help you build muscle too.

So just keep fit and eat well.. your body will reward you for it.

It is pointless pumping weights at your age by the way... you dont have hte testosterone necessary to maek a significant difference... you will get stronger, true... but not that muscular figure you are thinking of.

I am 15, and i started when i was 14. Just dont do really heavy weights at your age. Do high reps, with low weight.
