Is Jae a Korean name for a girl? Also is Mae a Korean name? If it is, what gender is it? What are some double names that include Jae? How would Jae be pronounced? Is it pronounced like Jay? What are some Korean girl names that start with J or M and how would you spell/pronounce them? What's the Korean translation of them? Please post. Thanks.

Well I was wondering about Jae because I've seen the name on Korean celebrities (ie JaeJoong Kim of TVXQ).

I think Jae and Mae are not Korean but Chinese. But I know a name that starts with J and M in Korean. Jisoo(jee-soo) and Misun(mee-sun) and they both are the girls' names. I don't exactly know what they mean but I do know that Jisoo and Misun are the Korean names for girls. I am not entirely sure if Jae and Mae are Chinese or not but I have a friend who is actually Taiwanese and her middle name is Mae.
