in fry's mind seymour lived a full life and had probably forgotten all about fry, so it would have been unfair for fry to bring him back...if only he had seen the parts that we had seen..with seymoure waiting his whole life for fry to come back, then he would have...that was probably the saddest futurama episode ever..... my favorite one...although he should have brought him back....

i thought about that too. i think fry was afraid that seymoure would not remember him; he thought that seymoure had lived a happy life and after fry dissapeared, seymoure just moved on. at the end, you see this clip of seymoure waiting for fry the entire time. its really sad once you think about it

Because he lived to be 15 years old, and Fry assumed he led a full life and shouldn't be brought back. little did he know the dog was somehow fossilized while waiting in front of the pizza place for him for the rest of his life. Sad isn't it?

he felt that seymour already lived his life and forgot about fry. so fry decided that it would be best to leave seymour the way he was. in reality fry didnt know that the dog waited for him until he died.

because Fry had him for only 3 years - he assumed the dog found a new owner and lived with them till he was 15. Therefore he felt someone else was the "prime" in the dogs life.

He though that Seymoure would have forgoten about him. But in the end you see that he waited everyday for him and Mr. Panucci kind of watched over him untill his pizza place closed. That was kind of a sad ending.

No clue but showing how Seymour waited for him everyday until his death really depressed me.

Is that the one where he was trying to get his four leaf clover from his brother... If so, he found out that his brother really did envy him and he had named his son after him. Fry was touched by the sentiment
