I'd say its time for the emergency room. Aside from it being dangerous to wait for the urgent care, you'll likely be told to go straight to the ER if you did wait it out to the urgent care- an urgent care simply cannot diagnose and treat your problem, which is a medical emergency.

You can probably wait until morning; I've done that twice within the last two months and though it hurts like hell for a few days, it heals on its own. You'll be ok... just take some aspirin and get an ice pack.

If you feel a severe amount of pain, cannot move your foot, and if your toes are swelling up like snausages; it might be a good idea to head to urgent care cuz it means ya probably broke something or at least sprained it enough to require a cast of some type.

The bruise is not spreading, your blood is just leaking around your wound. If you can get by without aspirin you will do better. Try acetaminophen (aka tylenol), Aspirin will make it spread faster. Put your foot up and use ice packs.

i would think it would be okay if it isn't swelling. How did you get a bruise is it by falling? If it doesn't hurt you probably don't have to worry about. But if the bruise just appeared then you should probably have it check tomorrow.

is it painful can you walk on it? If so it may be fractured go directly to the ER do not pass go do not collect $200 but you will spend lots more there.

I once had an ER nurse tell me that if I had to ask, it probably required at least a look see.
