They can find the time to delete answers and delete accounts but when I try to get them to help me with yahoo 360 they ignore me! I have not been able to connect to my 360 or anyone else's in months. Does anyone else have this problem?

I'd like Yahoo to improve their customer service, too. They would do themselves a service by reading about what their customers are saying here.

I had this earlier today. I was told by a friend that some of my cookies might have been my problem. So I went in and deleted the cookies. And sure enough, that's all it was, I couldn't get to answers, I could get to Yahoo, but not to Y/A.

Ha!
Yahoo has a list of auto responses that will implicate user problems when in reality, much of the technical mumbo jumbo lies within the site's code.

These pesty "cookies" they advise you to delete are placed on your computer by the Y.
