How do you text internationally on the computer?

I know it can be done. I am trying to text and Iraq area code. Any help? Samsung it the phone make.

I have done this in the past so I know it is possible. Please help!!!

Get them to send a text from the phone to your email, then you will have the phone's email address. That's where you send all of the messages.
