Dare, Double Dare, Promise, or Repeat....No truth though unless you make that part interesting. Usually truth is boring and it's an easy way out of not doing a dare. Or you can make it a rule that everyone does each one of those at least once. And the rest of you come up with the question of truth, or the dare. Nothing dangerous though.
Play, "Grease". Get the songs and sing and dance like the gals did when they had their sleep over.
I have one for you...I dare each of you to make a new friend come the next school day...which will be Monday. And each of you, has to make a 'different' friend. You all can't have the same one. And this new friend has to be what you all would consider a "loner", or a "geek", or someone who is being bullied. Reach out to someone you don't know, and make their lives better at school. Become genuine friends with them. Right there will up your karma 10 times, and you will be rewarded when the time comes for your good deed. Your reward will either come within, or from someone else.
There's some ideas for you. You girls have fun. :)

Bake cookies or a cake
Watch movies
play cards
take turns telling a story... one person begins, then it's the next person's turn to continue the story, then the next person, then the next... see where the story leads...
play one of the games from "Whose Line Is It, Anyway."
Watch an old B-movie on t.v., turn the volume down and you guys try to supply the dialogue for the movie characters...
Play hide and seek..
tell each other scary stories...
play "Hide the thimble"
Make a craft together...
decorate a tshirt together...
If no materials, then "plan" a craft, together...
all kinds of stuff to do...

Hahaha... hopefully no creeps on this website will give you any wierd ideas.
I dont know, at sleepovers when I was that age we used to watch music videos, or a funny movie, or talk about things at school and we used to talk about who we liked or who we hooked up with.
We also sneaked outside and did wierd things that our parents probably didnt approve of.. or walk down to someone's house that we know and hang out with them for a while... we also ordered dominos and ate things.

-call boys
-call random numbers and act you like you know the person, some people will hang up but if youre lucky you will find an idiot to play along :)
-do each others makeup
-get one of your friends to fall asleep then write on her face or something.
-just talk
-try on clothes (aka dress up :p)
-chat with random people online (this can be hilarious)

Play "the lying game". All three of you have a conversation only telling LIES! (not necesarally opposites) , and you can try to fool your friends by actually telling the truth, and if they find out, you lose. I love this game, it gets so funny :D I hope you have fun!!!

My friends and I used to do a door-to-door scavenger hunt, and we had to ask for embarrassing things. Like toilette paper, tampons, pads, things like that.
