I'm not really sure because whenever I'm craving a midnight snack I always just grab the object of my desire and could care less if it goes straight to my thighs! Hehe, but that's just me. I would guess a good, "healthy" midnight snack would just be a glass of water. Tests have shown that usually when your hungry at night after you've eaten it's just a way for your body to tell you your a little dehydrated. That's all. So next time your craving something just a big drink of water and hopefully that'll help!!! Sweet dreams!!

I heated up some leftover vegetables and put some Mrs. Dash seasoning and Butter Buds sprinkle and it was delicious! (Lots of fiber and not fattening at all)

Fruit or yogurt or both! How about a yogurt and fruit parfait made with cereal or granola? Making me hungry!
