Grand prix GTP dic flashes and w/ the door open the radio shuts off and interior lights flash & hear a click?

I hear the click when the radio shuts off and the lights flash. A few seconds later the radio comes back on. It stops after you close the door. The DIC flashes all the time periodically but it still works. The bulbs were burned out when I bought it. This may have caused that.

I think Randy in the Grand Prix Club had a loose dash board ground and his car did the same thing also check if the A/C fan shuts off at the same time. The next challenge is removing enough dash board to tighten all the grounding loops fixed to the dash structure metal tubing and brackets. I was lucky My GTP only had one ground loop loose and would loose gas gauge and automatic speed control.
