...there is no light.... kinda like when the earth turns, the side that is experiencing night time, is the "dark side" of the earth. if you wanna really question this heres and experiment....go into a dark room, put a lamp in the middle of the room, and hold a basket ball... 1 side will be lit up by the light from the lamp, the other will be dark..and if you move anywhere around the lamp..1 side will always be dark (unless you cheat and use a mirror or another light)

Scientifically speaking, the dark of the moon is that period of time between the full moon and the new moon.

Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

Metaphorically, it that thing that you can never see because it remains on the other side of what you can see.
Otherwise, the moon does not spin, so the back side is always dark to Earth.

Why the hell could you even ask this question. darkish Horse- Nickelbacks worst album, and an widely used piece of crap. darkish facet of the Moon- pink Floyds maximum suitable album, a step forward in track, and in hassle-free terms a friekin magnificent album. So yeah DSotM is plenty extra useful.

It is only dark to our visual perception. There it is light. It is only due to the suns position that it appears dark to us. The moon is a heavenly planet in the material creation. It is inhabited by heavenly beings who live thousands of years there. No one can go to the moon in this body they must have extremely good Karma to go there in their next life. Chandra deva is the ruler of that planet.
