yes, just check the cookies... also, you can install a keylogger/parental lock onto the computer.... it can log the adresses they type into the search bars... and if you get a good one they can even take a screenshot so you can see exactly what they were looking at on that website.

If you have the resources you can find anything out, but as a private citizen with little information of computers you may not be able to so easily, however nothing is ever really gone.
