Depending on what State you live in anything is possible thanks to those "alienation of affection" old reserected laws on the books but most states hold each person accountable for their own personal decisions regarding love in a legal contract.
Either you are asking indirectly for yourself or sympathizing with a would be honey for yourself who has loads of problems and a tall tale to sucker in your involvement in order to justify himself getting out of a loveless marriage, not exactly a strong man to follow. It's ALWAYS the other persons fault!
1st, all divorces with children end badly, everyone looses. Good parents do what is best and don't solicite the opinions of others but act in the best interest of the children, no matter what the circumstance, it is called being the adult and once you have children it is your obligation to put them and their needs always above your own. (After all no one extracted sperm or eggs 3 times from someone else under duress or false pretenses so they can't exactly claim spoof without some hard evidence in the bedroom, right? Ouch!)
I can think of a million reasons why men and women can't get along, I can't imagine a world justifying suing each other for every one of these reasons.
Fraud? *****? Slut? Nag? Liar? Bad Cook? Slob?
No, I think not!
There is no standard for legally sexually satisfying your mate or a standard of emotional measurement that one could make a legal stand on to accuse someone of "fraud"!
I am calling "fraud" in my next argument, that's a good one!
How about "I made the wrong choice" and now I am in deep!
Good luck

The wife was certainly not upfront with her husband and I suppose this could be fraud but I wouldn't think so. I'm sure the wife didn't know what was going to happen in the future so it wasn't a planned thing. The wife needs to deal with the sexual abuse issues so that her children can grow up normally.

i'm a lady and performance been on both aspect of this argument, and that i provide you with an truthful answer. women individuals might want to be the most spiteful, sneakiest, vengeful human beings in this earth. maximum, be conscious i did not say all, moms opt for to have the benefit over their toddlers dad, so hence they opt for the toddlers, and to really stick it to him, they opt for each penny the guy makes. Majority of the time, each and every dime of this money does no longer pass in route of the toddlers. i imagine that that is actual that women individuals have a more suitable nurturing aspect than adult adult males, yet i do no longer imagine that would want to be a figuring out aspect in custody. i think that each and everything should be equivalent. money and time. regrettably, it would not pass that way. that is extreme time the courts take a closer look at a number of those moms. Myself, i might want to sense free if my toddlers father wanted more suitable time with them, regardless of if it meant a lot less "infant help." What all and multiple needs to appreciate is that if the daddy has the infant more suitable frequently, he should be paying a lot less. he's resposible for the care of that child at the same time as the infant is with him. And the mummy ought to sense free for 2 motives. First, the infant is bonding with their father, and 2d, she has a lot less fee because the daddy is choosing up the tab more suitable frequently if the infant is with him. i imagine all and multiple fathers, moms, and the courts have lost sight on what's important in those custody battles. the toddlers!!!! i imagine that a robust healthful courting with both mum and dad ought to top the money argument any day.

I don't think you can sue for this. Basically divorce in most states is no-fault. It's HE SAID SHE SAID. And in most courts, men do not have any rights. Judges are very biased.
