Does anyone remember the game populous? are there any games left like that?

I like the game populous but cant find a download for it? Are there any games similar to this?

The closest game recently that I can recall is the Black and White series... not entirely the same, but close.
It's really fun regardless :D

There was a game called Tropico I played a demo of several years ago, which was a little similar If I recall
