in case you many times sleep overdue, sleep early. I stay about a mile from my football video games so I go away 15 min before than at the same time as i pick to get there so i can JOG there. I start up stretching 30 min before I go away for the game and each and every time i'm getting on the football container. devour early. after I had a wide lunch at midday. i ended round a million PM. My football interest become at 3PM. I had issues becuz I had cramps from all that nutrition. wish this helps!!

keep those muscles stretched out, warmed up but do not push them, just loose and don't eat junk food but do hydrate
