No, I would not murder someone even if it was legal. I also wouldn't want to live in a society where it was legal to kill someone for no reason.

But, if I was forced to live in such a society, it would be almost inevitable that I would kill someone in self defense because with no rule of law, it would be every man for himself, and there would be those who would take advantage of that fact.

No and definitely not. Even if murder is legal hypothetically speaking it wouldn't suffice that this world will progress or there will be other countries we could enjoy travelling too or enjoying the scenic spots of the world's wonder because all the people there are all dead and nothing is prospering or growning either plants or even humans because everybody is killing everybody.

Imagine the world you are describing here, one mistaken means your last. Like here making this kind of question, somebody doesnot like it and shoot you, therefore you are dead. Somebody else wrote this kind of question, same thing happen somebody killed him. Everybody is killing everybody just for fancy and just for the mood of "i like killing this guy". You like this kind of world? I don't people cherished their love one, you have one don't you? We human's share feelings and other emotion to bridge gap and settle arguement for the lasting peace of mankind.

If I were born in a world where it was ok to murder, then there is no world to begin with because there is no body else there. Got the arguement here?

Define "ok". How's that for a legal answer. You'd have to determine by what standard it was deemed "ok", and for it to be "ok" you would have to have some moral compass to use.

If you're asking if there should be no laws at all regarding anything and everything is "fair game", well then that's a different story, now isn't it? There would be no question as to the "right or wrong" issue (because there would be none) so your question would be null and void.

We couldn't murder anyone if it were legal because most of us would have been murdered by our parents before we were old enough to pull the trigger.

No, just because something is legal it doesn't mean you should do it.

No, but I think there may be something to the defense of 'he needed killing'.

Yes, but not randomly or simply for pleasure. Think "Dexter."
