the word afterthought implies a scale of time operating within the function of thinking about God. Forethought is defined as "The exercise of good judgment or common sense in practical matters, involving deliberation, consideration, or planning beforehand".
If you are referring to how we humans think about God, then for most people who are thoughtful of God are thinking before, and/or during and/or after each conscious action. There is no strict rule regarding when a person considers God in their life, whether it be momentary life, daily life, or one's entire life span.
Many people in western society base their motivation for their actions on fears, and one of the more popular fears is what will happen to them after death if they fail to act in a morally good and right manner. For these people, for whom panic, depression, anxiety and worry are the norm, the belief that God is vengeful would very much be an forethought for these people as a consideration for motivating their desire to avoid God's wrath (Despite the scientific fact that such beliefs are fundamentally flawed).
If, on the other hand, you are referring to God in the realm of God, which exists on every plane, and in every dimension, galaxy, organism, and object in the universe simultaneously, then it must be recognised that time does not exist. Time is a mental construct based entirely on the law of relativity, and so the concept of a thought being a forethought, or an afterthought, is impossible without that time component.

I do think that with my whole Heart, it is the forethought. Even though there are some People that do not believe there is a God, I feel sorry for them. God has done a lot for me and for that I am grateful for it.

Hi, Third. In order for one to have a "forethought," one must first exist. If we existed first and had the forethought second, God cannot be that or he would be second.

I think he is last, anyway, but my logic above is rational.

God is outside of time and space, so there can't be a "Fore thought" anymore can there be an "After thought". God is.

On the other hand, from a human perspective, we can say that God created the world and that all history since then is "salvation history" -- God ordaining the world toward union with Him.

So from the point of view created beings, yes, He is Forethought, because there was a time when creation didn't exist and there will be a time when creation will stop existing.

Prometheus was the one chained to the rock. He had a brother, Epimethius. This mythology is not concordant with Christian thought and doctrine, neither is the Platonic idea of Urge and Demi-urge. God is all and in all and in you all. Alpha and Omega, Beginning and End. Logos and Kyrios. Beyond thought, not forethought, above and beyond the Chaos, Light of lights, dwelling in Light inaccessible, the Source of Light and Life. God was, and is the One by Whom all things came to be and in Whom all things subsist and have their Being. He is the source of existence, calling it out of nothingness. Ontologically God is that of which no higher can be thought.

[Joe R's idea is flawed in that it links God to the linear understanding of human history. Even to place God before and after is to subordinate God to time. Creation is a mere analogical reflection of the Creator. We cannot in fact know how many there are, have been or are yet to be in the mind of God. Time and space are categories of human consciousness, virtually meaningless in speaking of God and Creation.]
