What type of lawyer do I need?

I want to hire a personal assistant and don't know what type of lawyer to contact to help me with creating the contract?

Lawyers that specialize in business wuld be best bet. Think of all you want in agreement (make a list) before appointment.and have good idea want total you may want to pay and so on in contract.

Any corporate or transactional lawyer should be able to help you with an employment contract. It should not take more than an hour or two.
