No ones perfect that's what makes life and the people around you interesting! If we all were "perfect" we'd be dead and boring!
People are going to judge everyone else because they have nothing better to do. Don't let people get to you ... You're better than that!

The whole world is not that bad hun. I hope you can meet some nice people. After all there are azillions of obeise people out there, good looking drunks, everyone has problems. When your older you'll wish you would have taken more chances, felt more joy etc. Old people feel invisible, I would think thats worse than your insecurity. I have a cousin, good looking guy, full blown aids, 17 rehabs, lives with mom, he has enough love of life to move around in the world, but has very dark times also. Share your self with others and find some self worth, volunteer, and watch Joyce Meyer program!

I find myself judging people when I think about it like being in a big store and I am handicapped so I have to use one of their ride around carts to get around and see all sorts of people and judge them by their looks, size, clothing. And then I see them look at me and I can tell by the look in their eyes, they are making their own judgement. It is life and everyone does it. And no one is perfect. The only perfect person on the earth died for us. So do not worry about people judging you and just be yourself. And learn to live with them and put up with it.

You'll never be perfect!
Even if you were, people would dislike you for that, and you'd still be "judged."
They'll even judge you for worrying about being judged.
So what if you can't dance, are skinny, or work at Target?
You can still be an interesting, fun, friendly person, a good friend who's a blast to hang out with.
That's what's important.

I understand where you are at and I am 56 but a long story, the true key to this is self confidence, because when we love ourselves we don't give a hoot what others think Easier for me to say at 56 than at 16, but I don't embarrass easilty but I have become sick and way different then before so people think I'm crazy when I am just too darned sick to look fancy, so I hope this helps, take the $5 online myers briggs test and it will help you tremendously find yourself and it is so so so good. search it : Myers Briggs test and look for the one that costs $5 it is worth $10000 when you get the results.

I don't think it matters if you are ready or not. People will judge you anyway. They are judging you, they don't care about how you feel about it.

We are all judged everyday by others. You don't even have to do or say anything. Being alive makes others judge you out of fear, jealousy, sloth, greed, hatred, envy, and lust.

Nobody is perfect. I feel like I have more important things to worry about (bills, etc), than what anyone thinks about me....I am what I am.
