I am widow of 33 yr. Both of want to marry afer hearing a story of marital discard I started love him. His cout cases are under going 498A& Cr125. he is having one child. We had one abortion also & again I missed my period & he is taking about settlement with her wife 70% he will bring his wife back. earlier he was tell she is not likly to return back since she involed some where else. I am SC & he is OBC. I convince my family for marrage but his perents are not happy with his reletion. but he is asuring me marrage after finishing of his marrage with 1st wife. Pls guide me. We know each other sine 3 years & I am t0tally confused to handdle situation.

In this case the man is involved in both section498A Indian Penal Code with regard to cruelty & 125 Criminal Procedure Code with regard to maintenance against his wife. He has not applied for divorce from her nor there is any compromise going between them with regard to divorce by mutual consent. At the same time he is keeping illicit or extramarital sexual relationship with you. You already aborted once & now may be expecting again. Considering these entire situation the chances that this matrimonial dispute between this man & his wife will settle soon looks remote. It may take many months & even years to settle this issue between them & in the mean time you both getting married legally is not possible. The chance he may settle down with his wife in future & leave you is also there. My suggestion is that frankly ask this man to settle all the matrimonial disputes with his wife within a year’s time & marry you otherwise he should stop all such illicit relationship with you. I think one year’s time to settle his matrimonial dispute including divorce by mutual consent is sufficient for him failing which you should walk out of his life & find some other suitable match for yourself.

Even if you marry this person, your so called "marriage" will be void ab initio. This means it will not be treated as a marriage since he has been married and his marriage has not been anulled by a court order or by the death of his wife.What he has been doing with you is termed as "Adultery". For all practical purposes, he is STILL a married man.
S498A IPC and S125 CrPC are mostly conjoined and the courts are in favour of granting alimony/maintenance to the wife. 498A has to be proved.

I would think you should give a second thought about this relationship. It looks like hez using u. I would suggest you stay away from him for a while and lead ur life with someone else who has no clause with anyone else... like (wife or gal friend). You need a person who treat you rite... not someone who say wife is gone but again getting her in his life back.. Itz clear that hez not ready to leave her... think about it... if he want u why would he let her come back to him??? be careful with your body tooo... too many abortions can cause u not have babies in future... take care and good luck!!

Ehm... first of all: NO and in no way! 2d: its no longer allowed to kp the two wifes under one roof.. third: if the guy improve into like Our belived prophet, peace be upon him; than Ga, yet no person IS OR could be LIKE OUR PROPHET PBUH; SO: NO i could in no way lol! 4th. Its pronounced that our prophet salillahu walyhussalaam improve into no longer married to those style of girls on the comparable time.. and regardless of if he improve into married to them through fact of a few reason and the female enjoyed him, PBUH in the different case they wouldnt be with him. if you want you can have sex with the guy but no marriage till he gets a divorce. my guess is he is using you for sex and may not marry you. your child will be an illegitimate bastard and if you are o.k with that you can get pregnant and give birth.
