I have an alt mage shes lvl 31 and I KNOW mages can use one-handed swords and I can learn them at UC but when I go nothing shows up! Do I have to be a certain level to learn them?

First make sure you don't already know it (Go into the character menu and click on the Skills Tab. If theres a "1 handed sword" you already know it if its not then go to the weapon master
In the top right hand corner it has a box, click on that and make sure is says 'Avalible"
If that doesn't work, check Silvermoon City (If you have Burning Crusade installed)
If that's not there and you still can't use it, then page a GM

no certain level, just the right trainer.
its better to ask in game.
