WHY DO YOU NEED YOUR HOROSCOPE? (the paragraph below does not need to be read to answer)?

Question

An uncountable number of people read their horoscope at least a couple times a week for fun, no harm done. They might even relate somthing about their horoscope to their day on accident, considering some are very braod. But then theres that person who gets up runs to ther computer, gets the phone, finds the paper or what ever they can. Finds the horoscope it read,"you will be very energetic today and ready to make somthing of it, take charge and you will get what has been comming for along time, a new friend is bound to be made today." this person drinks 4 cups of coffee goes to work, runs up stairs gets to the boss and demands a raise and................gets fired. They leave not angry because they lost thier job but just thinking of how the horoscope was right this was going to happen anyway. They get home and the
mail"person" is just delivering their's, of course they start a conversation couse they just met a new friend....... guess the horoscope was right. think about it.

I think all the people that I wanted to hear from were to afraid to answer.lol

I see so answers for questions, mostly being about feelings, answered by some nut case that says "o well obviously your life is hard now
"neptune's moon is overlapping saterns b ring and big dipper ran right into uranus" (not saying that rambling b.s. had anything to do with anything, =P) but thinking just because some crap in the sky is in a different spot this week doesn't mean my life is gunna be any KNFICU <--(word scramble) better or worse.

considering that horoscopes are vague and usually positive, people tend to rely on it coz they somehow feel secure because they have an idea of "what's gonna happen to me today" whether its postive or negative.

but for someone like me, i just read it for fun or when i have nothing else to read on the newspaper... my fate doesn't rely on prints or people who thinks they know my future. it's ok to read horoscopes, just don't be obsessed with it to the point where a person can't function properly (because the horoscope says so)

You don't need a horoscope. Horoscopes are for people with no faith in anything else but silly words some random looney has made up and put into a newspaper or magazine.

Well, I think you should. =) Eventually you would have to if you really like him. How long have you guys like each other? Maybe if it is really early, hang onto that thought for a bit until you get a solid relationship. If you never tell him, you and him will start to wear off, so make the relationship true! If you are still not sure, it would be best for you to decide. Hope this helped you! ^_~

Well, its personal enjoyment for me, but I'm not obsessed I think people who do that place WAY too much importance on them, and they shouldn't allow the horoscopes to control their lives. Person sounds like an Aquarius, like me :)
