why not confront her first, find out the truth, that is if u love her, if u don't i would get an attorney and file for divorce but if u have children u will have to pay child support, maybe even spousal support, as the court system doesn't care who did what anymore unfortunately.

The best way is not rush into divorce before getting the facts out first. Calm down, don't be stressed because you investigating what yuo have discovered. What is listed on those websites have dates on them when they printed. Check it out to see if you still married by then. If so you have a clue that ain't faithfull to you. Don't tell her that you know about his website. Pretend you know nothing. Ask her about her past, how she was dating before she met you, don't make her feel uncomfortable but if she does, give her you past dating story, tell her sometimes you used to go online. see if she will bring it up. If she denies, then trust and honesty will be broken. Ask her to express her love, and care towards you and how she feels about the marriage,! She will explain what she feels you are doing wrong. Ask her how do fix it or if you don't fix it what option does she have? This are basic investigation on finding the truth about your wife first before deciding about dirvorce. If she continue denie and you have a prove of what you found online, present it to her and ask her if that was her website print outs?
As far as divorce, it depends which state you are living in. Some state don't consider cheating as a ground for divorce and at the same time, a woman has upperhand in having a custody of the kids unless you prove that she is not a good mother or the kids will be at risk to stay with her. However all properties you all bought together or during marriage period will be share equally. Since its her fault to cheat on you or attempted to, you will not be order to pay any spouse support other than child support. But it best to get all the facts including your rights at your nearest county clerk office before you file for divorce.

More info, kids? property? there is a lot to be considered when getting divorced. Confront her, find out what would posses her to do this. Is it for attention? Self esteem issue? wanting attention? Women most of the time do not cheat for sex, it is mostly wanting someone to listen and make them feel important. They like to feel like they are still on the throne of your heart. Consider counseling first, and look at all your options. Somtimes in marriage it is easy to find the things we hate instead of the things we love, maybe that is it.

If you have kids you will not have any rights to your kids, plus you will have pay her child support. I suggest confronting her about the sites and let her know how disappointed you are. How she could do this to you and how you wouldn't be inconsiderate of her feelings the way she has been about yours. Seek counseling and go to church, see if this can help first.

Sounds like you should leave her. If you guys loved each other, you should be able to talk to each other about this stuff. maybe she is innocently trying to find someone to talk to because she feels like she can't talk to you. maybe not. but if you are ready to get divorced over this - you should. But, please realize that we are just human and we make mistakes and do stupid things and have crummy feelings etc... If she hasn't cheated on you, she may just want to know that you love her and that she is the queen of your life....

women cheat all the time, for instance a couple I know, she says she loves him but will go out and make out at bars and even cyber with someone else. I would just tell her you know and file for divorce. good luck.

It depends on the laws in your state. Just because she has herself posted, doesn't mean you have actualy proof of her cheating.
