Does anyone here believe in "Fate"?

even though 2 months ago I would have made fun of someone for mentioning such "silly notions" , due to circumstances in my life I absolutely DO believe in fate.

No, because if there is fate, that means everything I do is simply planned, therefore anything that I do is not my own doing but simply Gods, or whoever guides fate, so what would the point of living be?

Absolutely! I've seen enough in life to believe in it. A classic example is one that happened to me for the hundredth time just the other day. I had left the house for an appointment and just as I was pulling out of my garage I remembered there was something I needed to bring with me. I retrieved it and not five minutes later there was a car crash about 10 - 15 cars in front of me! Had I not gone back inside...it might have been me.

Yes...I believe sometimes there is overwhelming evidence to prove it..whereas it couldn;t be anything other than "fate."

I do to a certain extent. I believe we have choices and that our choices ultimatley leads to our fate.

i believe in every decision has a consequence. so i guess, yes, i believe in fate because you ultimently had a choice in what / where you'd be.
