only allow one child to have friends over at a time. 4 weekends a month 4 kids. and one friend at a time. unless your allowing a slumber party and again make it one kid and send the boy to a friends house if possible when the girls have friends over. the girls could do a combined party

If the 12 year old boy has friends over, they sleep outside in the tent (conviently located outside our bedroom window...) and our 9 year old girl up in her room. If it is cold then boys upstairs and then 9 year old on the couch with privledges like eating popcorn and watching a movie later than bedtime or something like that.

If my daughter is having the sleep over, I hang out with my boy and he will sleep with me that night. If my boy is having the sleep over then my daughter hides in her room with the door locked. She comes out a lot to mess with the boys but the runs back to her safe heaven. the boys are usually between 6 and 9 year olds. she is 11.

when i was 12 i had a friend that was my age and she had an older brother who was a few years older. me and her had a sleepover one night and him and his friends were in the same area as us. after everyone fell asleep i was molested by her older brother. so it kinda scares me, but not all kids are like that. just be careful on letting boys and girls sleep in the same area when they are getting older.

If you ask me, why seperate them you have wasted 5 points and some time in asking this question. Don't seperate them it will lead to mistrust and hidden anger.
