I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer this one. People have given *me* so much crap in my life about being "ugly" just from my being a bit overweight, and maybe having bad skin days....that I'm really not one to judge other people just on their *looks*, ok? Because the truth to me is:
--The ugliest woman I had ever seen, was ugly more in her *attitude* towards her appearance than anything. Yes, she did have a couple of *large* cut scars on her face, in the Mexican Sideburns manner almost....but it was her attitude that did it.
Namely, she was bitter and pissy and willing to *attack* anyone on a hair-trigger basis who even made *eye* contact with her face. Which, scar tissue aside, wasn't that badly messed up.
But yeah...I know that doesn't count by your standard. Maybe a couple of the examples below will.
--Back when I was in college....one of the ladies I worked with, a rather kind and sweet young girl, was also a burn survivor. Most of one of her arms, and her whole face, had been disfigured by burn scars. You know, the kinds that are paler than ordinary skin, and that form webs and knots all over the healed area....and it was just really kind of sad.
She knew she was disfigured, and also knew that pity wouldn't help, that nothing much would at that point. So yeah, the best she could do was just "batten down the hatches" and do her thing, and not pay "IT" (the scar tissue) any mind.
I could understand her attitude, but at the same time, I was a little relieved when my classes with her ended....it was just a bit disturbing to be around her was all. I mean, I was having a reaction to her, she didn't care though, and what else could I do? I couldn't exactly talk to anyone about this, not without her consent, which she would have never given. I did hold it together though and remained a gentleman in her company.
--And then....there was my Uncle Roger. Now don't get me wrong....I've seen plenty of people with birth defects before, I know it can't be helped, and can't be fixed sometimes.
But my Uncle...had this tumor on his forehead. And it just looked like this big knot of tissue really....
If you touched it though, he *saw stars*. Turned out the thing was a vestigial *third eye* that couldn't grow or develop right on the naked bone of his skull.
It's strange that he ended up with that though....he of all the uncles on my father's side of the family ended up being the "White Sheep" of the family, meaning he was the only *good guy* of the bunch.
He just had this knot of pink and off-white scarred up flesh on his forehead that the doctors couldn't remove because it was interlaced too tightly with his *brain*.
Oh well, what can you do? -_- Hope this helps....and that you don't end up cruel enough to make fun.

No:/ but I wouldn't go out with a gorgeous person either if I didn't like their personality. So the guy would have to be good looking AND nice.

Older woman with wrinkled, aged spotted skin, gnarled nose with hairy moles, huge scarf and hunchback walking through a store, and no it wasn't Halloween.
The most beautiful was a black girl walking down the street with heavy snow glistening on her mink coat. I was in college about 30 years ago and have never seen anyone else so amazing.

Um, I don't know anyone that is terribly ugly as far as looks. Personalities are a different story.
