What is the high and low pressure settings of 1994 ford explorer for air conditioning?

There are no "settings" for high and low. You probably have R134A refrigerant. With engine at idle a/c on high, the low side of the system would be about 30psi with the manifold gage set or recharge kit. If the pressure is higher you need to slowly add refrigerant till it comes down. The high side pressure is dependent on charge state and ambient temp. It usually runs around 150 psi or higher. The manifold gage set has reference on the face of the gages or you can get a chart from some auto supplies.
