I'm writing a paper for school about the pros and cons of Botox. I want to say that recent advances in medicine have made it possible for us to not show our age, or something like that. Something that says medical advances have made it possible for us to deal with age, something like that. Help! Thanks!

Lorenzo, I agree with you. I never said I was FOR Botox, but this is my assignment for school. To me it doesn't make much sense to inject POISON into our faces for the sake of vanity. I plan on making that point in my paper. Thanks!

Botox has revolutionized the way we portray ourselves in society. Botox, due to extreme advances in medicine, enables us to hide our true age! This is especially good news for those who are looking for a way to deal with their ever-increasing age. Many of us are much older than we feel (I;m 16 but talking from an older person's point of view lol) and are always looking for a way to turn back the time on our faces. One may feel 20 but actually is 40 and the cure? Botox!
P.S I'm not a great supporter of botox but hey here's a PRO anyway. & a CON may be you can't show much emotion on your face after botox? lol

sorry but medical advances have made it easier for us to not deal with aging. We spend billions and billions of dollars in the name of vanity, ego and pride. We're the only civilized country that spends anywhere near this amount of cash on our appearance.
