They probably get too many emails to really look at any of them, maybe staff people handle that sort of thing. If they read something that might bring good PR (Dear ---- , I'm a kid with a terminal .......) they would probably set them up. Think about it- working in an office can sometimes get people 1000 emails a day, so how many more would a celebrity get? Especially on a public email adress.

I have never e-mailed a WWE superstar because there is no point they get too many e-mails and cannot reply to them all.. you will rarely get a reply and they probably don't care about answering to the fans anyway..

They prob get so many from all over the world & they're so busy on the road & preparing for matches etc for sure they don't have the time to answer everybody.
