It doesn't matter what 'people do' it matters what YOU want to do. If you want to give him another chance go with him.
If he was being abusive in anyway do not give him another chance AT ALL.
If it was another relationship problem then give him only two more chances after the 2rd time forget him he aint ever gonna change!

well no one can tell you what u can do with the people u love if u love him. But if u really do love him and u feel in your heart that your relationship with him is right then you should go for it. But you have be sure it's your heart thats telling you what u should do and not ur doubts about him
