Add Cal to that list too if things keep going the way they are right now. 5 minutes left, they are down 10, and the Beavers have the ball. The underdogs arent afraid of the powerhouse schools anymore. They come into the game with the "what do we have to lose" attutude and just play their hearts out and have fun. My hats off to these teams, they will remember these wins the rest of their life.

You look to respond to your question on your helping notes... LSU lost to 2 high quality communities deep into further time. Oklahoma lost in regulation. USC lost to a Stanford crew with a dropping record in regulation. there is no individual else to take under consideration except possibly Hawaii. Ohio State is the in basic terms one loss crew left from a BCS convention. Ohio State vs. LSU is the in basic terms answer... It feels like the BCS would have created the perfect tournament-up this 365 days.

It means they shouldn't put out top 25 rankings until week 3 or 4... they can never know who is going to be number 1 and number 2 by the end of the season at the beginning of the season

yeah, I was shocked to see how poorly the USC played against the Stanford...there are some parody for sure this season which makes it quite exciting...but in the end, that loss against the Cardinals will hurt USC, however USC will bounce back eventually...

LSU lost to a very good team. USC lost to the best team in the history of football.
Stanford = maximum domination
HA the person above me said 'parody' instead of parity.... i think 'parody' is more correct!

The South Eastern Conference is the strongest in college football from top to bottom.
Florida, LSU, South Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky all have only one loss, that one loss coming to other SEC Teams.
The SEC Is number 1!

**** happens.
And this even argues more for a playoff, as there is no clear cut #1 and #2 this year.
