technically they are calling your mother the *****....most of the time the idiot that calls someone that, though, is intending the slam for the person, themselves
it's like calling someone an idiot or a piece of crap

they are making an observation. If you are a male then part of what they are saying is true. If you are a woman and they call you this, they are morons and a waste of oxygen for not noticing the obvious. You are a human not a canine. for that their obsevation is false. They should be drawn and quartered for being stupid.
