yes when i had just got married my husband and i were redoing our kitchen and i was babysitting two little boys for a friend of mine. the littlest boy went and opened my ice box and a hammer fell off the top of the ice box and the claw end of the hammer hit the kid right in the top of hie head. i freaked out and called his mom she asked is it bleeding an i told her yes. i asked if she wanted me to take him to the hospital she said no he would be fine. he never did cry. so i washed it off and put ice on it. he was fine after all but he still has a scare. every time i see him he always brings it up.

yes! when i was 14 i babysat 2 kids the whole summer, who were 8 and 4. the 8 year old walked to piano lessons just down the street every tuesday. when she was walking home one day, a big scary dog started running after her, growling, chasing her. she ran to the back door and tried to get in but she couldn't cause the screen door was locked. the dog was getting closer and closer, so she was banging on the door so we would hear her and open up. we didn't hear her until the glass broke. she banged so hard the glass broke out of the top of the door and came crashing down on her arm. it slit her wrist and there was blood EVERYWHERE when she got inside. she was already panicked because of the dog, but i'm not kidding, she would have panicked even if there wasn't a dog because the kitchen was like a horror movie. i called the ambulance (i couldn't drive her and wasn't sure how bad it was since i couldn't see the wound through all the blood!)

it turned out we didn't have to call an ambulance, but she did end up getting plenty of stitches, and her parents were glad i called, just cause they would rather me be overly protective than just let her bleed all over the place on the kitchen!!!

(that was like 20 years ago! HA! i hadn't thought of that in a long time!)

yes once i had to babysit 4 boys under the age of 7. it was in a big house and it was like 12 at night. all the boys were asleep and i was really scared bc the people had no blinds so i felt like someone was outside the window lookin at me. i kept hearin noises too.

No That would be my daughter watching two little boys. While she was telling a bedtime story, one kid grabbed his brother's slipper and threw it in to the fireplace. As she stomped out the fire, he grabbed a goldfish from the bowl and threw the fish against the wall. She save the fish and the slipper.

yeah, i was babysitting at night by self for an hour or so and my dog started barking,(as he always does) and i figured he was just doing it to do it. when i looked out the window there was this kid just looking in my window. it turns out that my next door neighbor kid was just trying to freak me out. it was scary.

This other story happened at my cousins house, i wasn't exactly babysitting i was just watching her son who is four while we sat by the pool in the backyard. we were both in our swim suits and we had just gotten out of the pool and dried off, so we weren't allowed back in. the little boy,(who could swim fairly, short distances) "fell in" (i really think he just wanted to get in). I thought he was going to drown since he wasn't a good swimmer and he hadn't come up to the sur face yet. i jumped in after him and pulled him out while he was gasping for air. that just about gave me a heart attack.
